Full Heat Treating

Full heat treating alters the mechanical properties of the casting by carefully controlling heating and cooling cycles. Through processes such as annealing, stress relieving, normalizing, and oil quenching, this approach improves strength, hardness, durability, and machinability while enhancing dimensional stability and overall material consistency based on the performance requirements of the part.

Fabrication & Assembly

Fabrication and assembly services allow multiple components to be combined or modified to meet specific customer requirements. This service helps ensure that castings are prepared for integration into larger assemblies or finished products.

Machining Services

Machining services are used to achieve precise dimensions, surface finishes, and tolerances that may not be possible through casting alone. Through machining operations, castings can be finished to meet exact specifications required for installation or operation.
