PRECISION STARTS BEFORE THE POUR.

We develop patterns from customer drawings or engineer them in-house when needed. Accurate part geometry and durable tooling form the basis for consistent castings.

Wood, RenBoard, and aluminum patterns are selected to suit part complexity, production volume, and tooling life. Bring your drawing or initial requirements to discuss the development and sample work your project needs.

Core boxes & repeat production

TOOLING THAT SUPPORTS YOUR PART.

For castings with internal cavities or complex internal features, our team designs and builds core boxes in wood, plastic, aluminum, iron, and RenBoard.

Every pattern and core box is assigned an identified storage location and tracked through B&L Information Systems, supporting efficient retrieval for future production.
